• Good knowledge of Payroll Processing, Accounting and Bank Reconciliation.• Verification of payroll input, update input into HRMS, and ensure availability of attendances of all employees, three way headcount reconciliation with HR database, attendances and Payroll Run Results.• Payroll Variance Analysis and find out reason for variances, Coordinate with HR and Finance for various issues. • Prepare monthly Salary Register, Bank Advice, all statutory Reports (TDS Statement, PF Statement, ESI Statement location wise, P.tax Report location wise and LWF.) and drafting monthly reports like- variance Report, MIS, Finance Report & ERP reports as per Companies management.• Preparation and verification of Full & Final Settlement, Employees’ benefits, Notice Payment, Calculated Retirement benefit(Gratuity, Lea encashment and other benefits) Ensure accurate payment to ex-employees. Handle provision for Gratuity, LTA, Bonus accrue Leave Encashment• Calculate the perquisite Value like- RFA/CLA, Car Perk, Loan Perk ect.• Handling responsibilities related to payroll-taxation and responding to the queries raised by employees.• Maintain Quality (error free) on output and forward the same to client as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA).• TDS Reconciliation.• Generation and Filing of Quarterly returns (24Q)• Handling year end activities like investment Verification and Form 16 disbursement.• Addressing various income tax notices received from Tax authorities

• Monthly Payroll processing for entire Pioneer Group of company (Headcount Approx. One Thousand).• Payroll input/output reconciliation and statutory deduction checking (PF, TDS, ESI, LWF, and P.TAX) in salary register.• Drafting of various MIS reports, statutory compliance and monthly closure of books as per management and as per labor and income tax acts.• Getting monthly pay slips dispatched in softcopy & hardcopy.• Process Full & Final settlement, Employees’ benefits, Notice Payment/deduction, Leave Encashment, Gratuity and others ensure accurate payment to ex-employees.• Providing solution to employee/ex employees for their query regarding payroll, taxation etc.• Look after all (PF, ESI and TDS) statutory compliance monthly and annually payment and returns.• Prepare & submitting e-TDS Quarterly Returns 24Q & 26Q both & Form 27.• Checking – Investment Proofs. And process Form 16 & 12B annually.
