He was also part of the core leadership team that introduced and successfully implemented Agile at Scale (Scrum + SAFE for over 120 staff) and delivered into the Group's Cloud First strategy by migrating 400+ "on-prem" environments and their associated processes and tooling to AWS Cloud. At TechnologyOne Corporation and Victoria Legal Aid, Prad held several roles, such as Integration Project Manager, Non-Functional Test Manager, and Program Manager, successfully delivering on two transformation programs, both of which were Australian government-funded programs. Previously, he held project management roles for delivery programs in the US, UK, and Europe from the Advanced Technology Centre in Sri Lanka for Virtusa Corporation. Prad led the team that won the London Stock Exchange Group CEO Award for 2020 and the Waters Technology Award for Best Technology in 2020. Prad also led the teams that won the 2020 and 2021 All-Star Awards for the successful launches of Clearing and Settlement and Risk Management solutions for LCH.
