Project: CSP Control Center aka C3Roles & Responsibilities:☛ Product Demo, Onboarding and Adoption:• Provide highly effective product demonstration showcasing the value of product and its impact on how they manage their business. • Lead the onboarding process for new Partners, ensuring a smooth and successful transition onto our SaaS platform.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize implementation plans based on each Partner's unique needs and goals.• Provide training sessions to educate Partners on using the product effectively and optimizing its features.☛ Relationship Management:• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Partner accounts, building strong, trusting relationships.• Conduct regular check-ins with Partners to assess their satisfaction, understand their challenges, and dentify opportunities for improvement.• Proactively address Partner concerns, resolve issues, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.☛ Partner Success and Value Maximization:• Understand each Partner's business objectives and use-cases to help them achieve their desired outcomes with our SaaS solution.• Offer strategic guidance and best practices to ensure Partners are utilizing the product to its full potential.• Collaborate with Partners to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.☛ Data Analysis and Insights:• Monitor Partner usage patterns and engagement metrics to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.• Utilize data-driven insights to make recommendations for optimizing the Partner experience and driving product enhancements.☛ Renewals and Expansion:• Proactively manage the renewal process by engaging Partners well in advance, highlighting the value they've gained from our SaaS solution.• Work with the sales team to develop expansion strategies for existing accounts, including upselling additional features or services.

It supports the entire business & technical lifecycle for Microsoft CSP business. The self-service experience is extended to end customers with a pre-integrated and secure billing experience.Roles & Responsibilities:☛Serve as the voice of the Service Partner and provide feedback to internal teams on how CSP Control Center can better serve our Partners☛Product and Delivery management☛Enable and Manage support teams to frontline Partners on technical issues☛Maintaining high Partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards☛Managing partner expectations and experience in a way that results in high partner satisfaction☛Setting up the cloud environment in Azure☛Managing resources.
