Responsibilities :1. Taking care all training activities Product, skills & behavior.2. Map out annual training plans for management, HR, customer support and Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session3. Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house)4. Research and recommend new training methods5. Use of innovative methods for the training effectiveness.6. Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment, Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.7. Preparing sales team for current VUCA situation, through paradigm shift, Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials.8. Coordination of training, HR & Marketing process.9. Talent management by identification & preparing for next level till Promotion.10. Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)11. Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.12. Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
