• Inspection of incoming material under development.• Reporting to vendor about various non conformities occurred in incoming parts.• PPAP submission to customer for new product. • PFMEA and control plan study and updation along with CFT.• Responsible for Endurance Report of Condenser, Evaporator and Tank Receiver Like Burst Test , Brazing Fillet, Pressure Pulsation Test, Inner Side Bead, Welding Penetration, Pressure Proof Test, Contact Angle Measurement, UTM Related Test Like Side Plate Caulking Strength, Welding Strength Test. • Part , Process and Product audit as per ISO/TS - 16949 • Verification of corrective/preventive action taken against customer complaints through process audits to the workstations. • Timely submission of monthly inspection reports, PDI Reports and Endurance testing reports to the customer. • Carrying out layout inspection, Cp-CPK calculation, Reliability & Durability testing of both existing as well as newly launched products.• To prepare PARETO Chart and working with 7 QC tools.• Handle of customer complaints. • To prepare process/ operation sheets, inspection standards (Incoming and final stage) and work instructions.• Quality up graduation at vendor and by auditing & suggestions.• Initiate design change activity for improvement any component.
