Current•Extensively Marketing H1-B, GC and US Citizen candidates who are on bench by posting their resumes on job boards, through personal network, Prime vendors list. Negotiating there rates, scheduling the interviews and placing the available resources in various technologies along with Obtaining purchase orders from the client, exchanging contracts, company information for billing purposes. Setting-up billing terms and conditions i.e. Net 45 or Net 30 or Net 15 with client. Hence closing the deal. • Internet Based Recruiting using Dice, Indeed, Monster etc..,• Used personal contacts, cold calling, and used search agents to find requirements. • Sourcing the requirements which match with the consultant’s skill sets.• Negotiating with the Vendor, regarding the bill rates hourly, per day, anum on w2/1099/CTC and CTH.• Responsible for following and passing out Pre and Post interview feedback like time, date, contact person name, areas of improvement and if consultant selected date and place of reporting and joining from vendors or clients to consultants/employers. • Responsible for getting PO and Master agreements signed by vendors/ Clients.• Getting new Vendor Contacts. Making tie-ups with the Prime Vendors and Clients.• Post Placement Candidate Relationship Management such as serving as first point of contact and counselling of candidates between projects.• Collecting Time sheets on a weekly basis.• Preparing Daily activity reports and Weekly reports in Ms-Excel
