• As a Feature Owner Team Leader mainly responsible for end-to-end 5G-NR O-RAN and Cloud RAN customer feature delivery and led virtual teams of ~20-30 members from different country and region comprising of different contributors (including SW development, Specification, system testing and CuDo competence areas)• Facilitates splitting of Feature plan to different Competence Areas/teams backlogs with Feature Owner Team members and product owners, ensuring commitments to the feature delivery in Program boundary.• Represents Feature Owner Team and makes commitments towards Program on behalf of FOT with regular meetings and Discussions.• Ensures Feature Owner Team follows all needed processes (CFAM, Backlog Management, CI, Coding Guidelines, System testing plan etc)• Leading the execution of Feature Owner Team through it phases against agreed program targets.• Responsible for the Customer features overall efforts management with continuous monitoring in Power BI tool, ensures Timely Efforts logging in the Jira from each competence area, Feature Build Planning and Review, Program meetings, FOT meetings and various sync meeting with different product owners.• Responsible for risks evaluation and mitigation actions related to Feature Owner Team execution and ensures FOT follows related processes.• Ensure FOT meets expected quality indicators with timely delivery as per the program Calendar.• Regular updates and risk highlights from overall feature status perspective to Program and Senior management on behalf of Feature Owner Team• Active and energetic attitude to cope with tight deadlines, maintained good relation and co-operation with virtual team members and flexible with timings towards international environment

• As a Local Product owner, responsibility and ownership of Jira backlog management, handling a solid team of ~ 20 members which includes resource management and allocation of work, handling day-to-day staff management issues with Daily Stand-up meetings and working with various stakeholders to resolve impediments.• Responsible for the new O-RAN 4G-LTE and 5G-NR Features test planning, Test execution progress tracking in Quality center and Reporting Portal, timely executions with DoD criteria for all the planned System items and ensure Regression on time for all deliverable customer features.• Interfacing with internal and external stakeholders like Product Owners, Feature Development Program Managers, Quality Managers and several other teams, and highlight all the risks to resolve impediments and accommodating requests.• Responsible for the efforts and capacity management in the Staffing shale Power BI, Timely Efforts logging in the Jira, Feature Build Planning and Review, Program meeting, FOT meetings and various sync meeting with different product owners.• Ensure Daily standup meetings with 2 Scrum team of 10 members in each, Timely discussion for preparing the team Retro points for speed of progress, team dynamics, individual responsibilities, communication between members, problem solving strategies, goals achieved/not achieved during the Feature Build (FB) cycle and any improvements that need to be made going forward.• Responsible for Tracking Feature Audit Q-Check, Teams Efficiency Statistics, Execution Dashboard Power BI, Requirement Traceability power BI, DoD matrix Coop Tool, Reporting portal links for the new feature and Regression execution progress.• Responsible for managing system Test lines in Power BI tools, new test line bring-up planning in lab, hardware arrangements and helping peers during new test line bring-up and execution activities.

->Led the test Scrum Team to Perform end to end system integration and verification test on 2G and WCDMA Technology-->Actively Involved in Feature Test plan, Test cases execution, Logs Analysis ,Faults finding during execution and following up faults status till the closure.-->Ensures End to End functionalities meets the Customer requirement defined in the specification--> Good Understanding of O&M messages Flows, MO-MT CS call flow, Logs analysis using wire-shark and different logs analysing tools.-->Involved in different Phases of software testing as per the test plan requirement on GSM and WCDMA Technology.2G-3G and 2G-LTE RF sharing configurations.

-->Analysis of the customer requirements and features for testing feasibility in the Nokia lab environment.-->Authoring Testing Strategy document and test cases along with the creation of test environments / conditions for functional, system and performance testing on GSM Technology-->Analysis of test requirement and automation feasibility to automate the task for efficient use of time and cost.-->Involved in Regression Testing, Functional Testing, System Testing, Release Testing and performance testing with establishment of testing procedures/environment in co-ordination with the scrum teams.-->Test case execution and defects logging for different levels of testing. Defect tracking and closing it after verification.

-->Test planning and executions of the BTS Features for the Nokia networks, detailed Logs Analysis of Abis interface messages on wireshark.-->O&M messages analysis, Call processing/Message flow of GSM,2G-3G and 2G-LTE RF sharing configuration testing. -->Troubleshooting of technical issues via detailed log analysis, Alarm handling and finding the root cause of different Nokia BTS families and features.-->Test cases drafting, test cases execution via manual and GUI based automation tools, reporting the sw faults in webpronto tool and marking the reports in HP quality Centre.-->Led the test scrum team at Aricent Vietnam centre and delivered the complex features for Nokia new family GF BTS.

-->Addition, Deletion and creation of new 3G Sites as per NSR plan for BSNL Network-->Locking/Unlocking, Power measuring, E1 Checking and Alarm monitoring of Swap and new sites.-->Alarm Monitoring of BSC/BTS-->Network Monitoring – Checking the traffic statistics of WBTS-->Initiation, Organize & key responsible for supervise the Upgrade, License Updating, and Expansion of network element.

-->Assist and support field activities and issues resolutions for the Huawei BTS during the O&M Monitoring-->Troubleshooting & Maintaining the Huawei GSM Base Station Subsystem which includes systems health check and KPI performance by analysing call logs-->Analysis of BSS network Performance Reports.-->Network Monitoring - Check the traffic statistics of BSC/BTS-->VSWR and RSSI Measurement and remote support for all kinds of technical issues of BTS.
