I am DAMARAJU PRADEEP KUMAR, completed LL. B. in 2016 and LL. M. in CORPORATE and SECURITIES LAWS in 2018 and LL. M in INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAWS in 2022 and pursuing Ph. D. in Law. Also having other academic qualifications of M.Com, M.B.A. (FINANCE)., M. Sc(Psy) and also pursuing M. A. (Criminal Law & Forensic Science) from NALSAR UNIVERSITY. I AM AN ADVOCATE, ASSOC. PROF., COUNSELLOR, ACADEMIC ADVISOR, DEALING WITH VARIOUS SECTORS OF LAW WITH CRIMINAL, CIVIL, NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENTS, HINDU LAW, DRAFTING AGREEMENTS and etc. In the field of advocacy have completed seven years of experience dealing with civil, criminal, hmops, various contracts, contractual agreements, dealing with settlements as an arbitrator, drafting various agreements relating to contracts, partnerships, legal advisor for associations, dealing with fund companies, bagged small knowledge regarding various issues and dealt with them. Being an academician too as an assoc. prof. in law for four years, I have taught Constitution of India, Indian Penal Code, Environmental Law, Public International Law, Indian Contract Act, Labour Laws, Indian Evidence Act, Income Tax and GST, Intellectual Property Laws for three years LL. B. and Economics for Five years LL. B. In addition to my regular duties I have conducted group discussions, interviews, personality development sessions, learning practicing skills, moot court sessions, survey activities, student support by providing study material, preparing questionnaires etc.
