• Regular Field visits (CGT, GRT, and Center Visits) combined with Business Team• Forms screening before GRT (KYC, Loan application forms and others).• Check the CIBIL of members and override according to company policy and circulars.• Check the dedupe entries and arrange the approval or get confirmation from central credit team.• Cross check the correctness of all entries done by CROs and GRT submission entry done by BM (Sanction loan amount, Bank account number, KYC, member age and others).• Supervise field visit (CGT, GRT, Center Visits) are to be done henceforth.• Validating an ensuring credit approvals requests made by BM are genuine• Participate in Loan Disbursements, verify the original documents (ID proofs Bank Passbook & transection proof) and send NEFT confirmation to cashless team as per TAT.• Validate the members, husband/nominee signature in enrolment forms and loan documents and in the signature register• Escalate signature mismatch issue to reporting manager.• Ensure all registers and files in branch are updated neatly and regularly.• Generate demand sheets and hand over to respective CROs for emi collection.• Follow the NEFT returns or wrong credits till the closure.• Verify physical petty cash balance and collection (if available).• Conducting preliminary investigations, searches, field visits for necessary checks with prior approval from reporting manager.• After explaining ensure all the policies/circulars/guidelines are followed by all concerned.• Verify / match all the minutes book, receipt books and demand sheet,• Monitor daily collection amount updated for respective members and ensure correctness of it.• Ensure all register and files in branch are updated neatly and regularly.• Regular field visit (CGT, GRT, & Center visits) combined with business team• Verify/match all the Minutes books, receipts books Demand sheets while updating the EOD.
