As a Global Head - Digital and New Products, I manage digital product and marketing across consumer and commercial businesses, that includes product development and marketing for People Matters services & products, brand, advertising, events, communications, and research. As a leader of the Digital Media service organization, I oversee the Partner and Consumer channels marketing team, Digital community products team, and Conferences marketing and sales team. These teams are collectively responsible for driving revenue, growth, and share across the consumer & customer businesses. My team is committed to advancing People Matters’s mission to empower every HR leader and every HR Tech organization in India and South East Asia to achieve more, and it's an honor to learn from them every day.My passion for Digital product and technology began early in my career in the year 2004 when I single-handedly migrated Lastminute.com France online ticketing and inventory management work from France to India.
