Role focused on handling a team of recruiters, followed by training the recruited sales team. Role majorly focuses on finding the right candidate for the organisation. My Focus is to self-judge, improvise and find out the most effective way for the work model so as to achieve the targets, ultimately to build the STRONGEST SALES TEAM.

As a senior associate, my role was similar but also had the responsibility of taking care of teammates work and also ensuring to get the work done right way.Handled a team of 4-6 being a SPOC and had a complete responsibility of training them and guiding them to build their sales skills.With little bit of experience now I was able to generate about 87L Revenue during this period.

As a fresher learnt the basics of business growing skills and got a chance to grow myself by successfully converting clients and majorly by handling rejections . Had an individual responsibility of revenue generation.I generated about 50L revenue in the first year of my sales career.
