• Having solid experience in performing needs analysis, consulting on sourcing strategies, recruiting, screening, scheduling interviews, reference checking, negotiating, making offers, creating contracts and closing candidates that can help actualize corporations missions etc.• Handled all the IT Technologies involving combination of complex skill sets and rare technologies. • Develop strong vendor (Third Party) and candidate relationships and maintain communication with both. • Experience in working with direct clients and also with layers. • Source, screen, evaluate and select candidates through a structured recruitment process designed to obtain the best candidates. • Extensive experience of Internet Recruiting for candidates and industry leads, pre-screening to quality potential candidates. • Negotiating the rates according to recruitment Tax terms (C2C, 1099 and W-2) based on Contract, Contract to hire and Fulltime positions. • Utilize online job boards like Monster, Dice, corp-corp etc to source out consultants, GC, US citizens, H1-B and TN. • Involved in developing professional relationship with vendors. • Possess extensive experience of sourcing methodologies through Internet, networking, referrals as well as strategizing the recruitment process. • Have high levels of skill and motivation to hunt the talent for complex technical requirements

ERP - SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, JD Edwards, Share Point, Java, J2EE, .Net, SQL, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Quality Analyst, etc.) identified consultants from US market • Broadcasting requirements given by the Recruiter and Sales Managers to vendors Received & provide exact match according to the requirements to concerned person.• Effectively searched resumes from internal database and Job portals (Dice, Monster)• Scrutinized CVs, shortlisted and profile screening according to requirements.• Interacted, coordinated with Sales Team for servicing the requirements.• Maintained healthy relationships with Placement Agencies (third party) overseas through E Mails, did resume mining.• Performed Data Processing, Daily Report and Data Entry using MS Excel, MS Word.• Received, sent E-mail to various clients and doing follow up.• Prepared documents, suggested reforms for better work.
