I am currently responsible for managing Technology Life-Cycle Services – TLS (earlier know as Technical Support Services – TSS) business for ISA region with a procurement spend of Approx. USD 85 Mil. Currently as a Team Lead and Iteration Manager for TLS Squad, managing a team of 6 supporting close to 500-600 request a quarter which adds up to close to 2.5K request a year. Some of my key responsibilities are:• Workload management for the entire Squad to ensure everyone is equally loaded and everyone has proper Work-Life balance. • End-to-end sourcing requirement, which includes Deal Strategy, Supplier Strategy, Managing RFPs, Contract Management, Negotiations, Delivery. Client escalations, Supplier relationship management, Supplier life cycle management, Onboarding new suppliers. • Setting up War Rooms for critical deals to ensure we meet client expectation to win business for IBM, calendarized meeting with key stakeholders and suppliers.• Managing Key Procurement Measurements – Drive CTO of 10% which is USD 8.5 Mil, Managing Cash IQ to ensure DSO is grater than 90 & 120 days.• Ensuring Client SAT around 70% - 80% against the target of 40%• Ensuring Team Motivation and managing Employee Engagement within the Squad• Personally, I manage large Multi Million, Multi Year deals size ranging between USD 5Mil – 300Mil along with handling Software & FSS commodities.• Business Controls - Ensures robust controls posture across the organization. Maintains satisfactory audit performance records. Target is zero audit failures. • Managing Stretch projects like, iNPS for ISA, PIF Re-validation for ISA, Security Exchange Commission (SEC) for ISA, CashIQ• Ensuring overall skill development – I have completed 103 Hrs. of up skilling last year and this year already close to 80 Hrs. of learning in H1. Motivating squad members to upskill and they exceed more than 40 Hrs. of skill development. Including earning Digital Badges.
