Key Areas of Experience  Experience in subsea oil and gas products as a quality inspector. Experience in ERP production SAP. Review of production & pre productions documents.(Such as NDT documents ,material certificates, Heat treatment reports ,drawings, welding documents ,machining documents, FAT reports) Review of SMDL, ITP Etc. Knowledge of warehouse activities such as Block stock & Q-Stock. Knowledge in Heat Treatment process. Knowledge in Forging, Caldding welding &machining process. Witness of PMI testing, Cladding thickness(Inconel thickness in valve body, annuals body tubing hanger ect ) Knowledge in NDT & witness actives of MPI, UT & LPI Methods. Mainly working on recertification & refurbishment of Subsea Products & equipments.  Knowledge of NCR’s (Y1,Z1,Z4 etc) Knowledge in oils and gas field materials and products & their uses. Ability to analyse Drawings & make BOM, SDRL as per project requirements. Knowing the requirements of documents after each process such as forging level, cladding level, rough machining level, final machining level etc. Working with Client Inspectors & to collect effective feedback of their Quality Surveillance for implementation of QA system, Method for Continual improvement. Knowledge on Six Sigma.  Working under moderate stress to achieve On TIME Delivery Identification of raw material required for the storage tank, Pressure Vessels & structural work. Receiving Inspection of MS & SS plates, SS Fitting, Flanges etc. Knowledge of welding Process (SMAW, GTAW), welding consumables, welding symbols. Responsible for receiving inspection of all Incoming production items (ERW & WPS pipes as per ASME &activities carried out in Norway & European countries for 3 months. Member of HSE Team in our organization. Ability to work as QS expeditor.
