• Ensure & Supervise Books Closing, Finalizing Trial Balance & Preparation of Financial Statements.• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement, Maintaining Fixed Asset Register and Authorizing Day to Day Transactions.• Performing Project Cost Forecasts/Budgets, Cost Tracing, Monitoring & Control.• Managing of Treasury Including Control of PDC’s and TR’s.• Managing of Import and Export LC’s.• Preparation of MIS, Budgets, Projections & Variance Analysis with Actual.• Managing Statutory Audit, Preparation of Statutory Schedules.• Liaise with Bank & Other Financial Institutions

• Remain a main point of contact for financial related issues• Key person in Implementing ERP (RCare Magnum)• Ensure that all accounts responsibilities are handled efficiently and effectively• Prepare financial statements; present the same to Management • Ensure accuracy of information contained in financial reports • Manage the day to day financial transactions of the company• Maintain books of accounts in a computerized environment• Prepare Projected & Actual Cash Flow Statements• Verification of Pay-Roll, Leave Salary, Indemnity etc.• Preparation and processing of incentives to staff• Ensure General Ledger entries are accurate and are in line with Company Procedures & Accounting Standards• Ensure effective fixed assets & inventory control is applied• Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements of all bank accounts • Liaise with & assist internal & external auditors• Overall Supervision of Receivable and Payable Accountants
