Onshore ManagerDell Services Jan 2011 - Mar 2013Nottingham, United KingdomI was initially working as Onshore manager for L2 Support team managing work and allocation for a team of 35 offshore based resources. I was responsible for work allocation, escalation handling, defining new and improved KPI's and ensuring the team meets very stringent SLA's for resolving tickets assigned to them. I was also involved in attending client meetings for strategic decisions regarding future work and resource requirements and improving the NPS for Dell from the client for 1.5 yrs. Later i moved on to the role of Onshore manager for the development team and was managing the largest portfolio (Consumer) for the client BaU teams with an offshore strength of around 30 resources. I was involved in resource management, defining work packets and arranging new work packets for the team and delivering all work packets with no defects. i was also part of the yearly Major product release which involved major changes and promotion of the core product of client and is a very critical activity. i was managing the role for approx 9 months before returning back to offshore. I was even awarded the Dell Bronze award for my excellent work in managing the Onshore Manager role and for driving beter results and making a difference to the improvement in thr NPS score.
