Conveyancing

Assisting the court users in information, support and referral service with regards to court procedures.Assisting the court users in the matters of procedures of courts and helping them with directions and things to do in court procedures and sentencing.

Responsible in assisting the Principle and other Solicitors and Lawyers in preparing cases for the clients.Conducting legal research on topics required for the assistance of the solicitors and Lawyers in advising the clients. Preparation of probable legal points of contention in a particular set of facts and preparation of the base of the case to be filed and conducted.

I was running the law firm as the principle Lawyer in India and since July 2009I am in Australia to increase my network and scope.

Responsible for drafting of all types of submissions such as bail applications, Plaints, written replies, applications, to be submitted in High Court of the State, District Courts and the Magistrate Courts in Criminal, Civil, Family, Consumer and Injury Law matters.Dealing with all types of legal matters including Government cases on behalf of the Government as the firm was also representing the Government in many diverse matters.Coordination between the clients and the Senior Lawyers regarding the making of briefs and supplementary discussions with and submissions to clients.Maintaining of the Office so far as the Legal aspects are concerned such as files, allocation of work to other associates.Dealing with petty and small causes cases in the Courts of Law. Providing free legal advice to numerous non-government organizations and orphaned prisoners.

Joined the office during my studies of Law as a trainee to have practical training learn all the aspects of office work of a Law Firm.Responsible for all types of Secretarial work including maintaining of Diaries, upkeep of files, appointments of clients with office Lawyers, coordination between clients, Lawyers and Courts.Trained in the know how of office, the Courts and the judicial system with a practical experience along with my theoretical studies in the University.
