• Planning, executing and monitoring project management process.Scheduling and reviewing the quality of the product in each stage of the production process.Work continuously to improvise the quality and schedule. • Maintain strong communication with the clients, authors, vendors, and stakeholders in order to be on the same page and to ensure that the project is moving smoothly. .• Checking with the authors/publishers on a weekly basis at minimum to ensure that the project is going well. • Monitoring budget and communicate any changes to budget to the publisher/author and receive written approval before proceeding. • Managing all deliverables to meet the book/project schedule, budget, and quality requirements.• Project execution, planning, monitoring and balancing resource to support multiple projects simultaneously.• Arranging Induction and training for a new team member.• Manage editorial, project details, follow-up/chase on tasks, discover/resolve issues, and organize multiple assignments concurrently in an organized way without hampering the budget and schedule.• Prepare and send weekly project status reports to clients and higher managements on a timely manner.

Proofreading, Content development, Quality checking, executing collation tasks for production team, creating Mark-up pdfs (for Science, Technological, and Medical Publishers, especially for LWW Journals) were the key responsibilities. Managing human interrelationship between the copy editing team and production was also part of my profile.
