And guide them to create their Transport profile.Attending the helpline calls.Handling escalations within the case of any discrepancy.Monitoring service level of the vendors as per the defined service level agreements.Working towards achievement of E-Sat by addressing the operation’s concerns through constant feedback.Managing transport security (security officer and escort guards) as well as raising monthly payment requests.Preparing routes for new hire employee’s assets delivery for work from home and assigning Vehicles for home delivery.Handling and Updating Assets Inventory, which is provided to the company employees for work from home during lockdown and sharing with Management on Daily for both location (Vashi and Jogeshwari).Preparing monthly accrual for both location (Vashi and Jogeshwari).Validating all Vendor invoices related to Transport and Facility for both location.Taking care of vendor’s agreement like/renewal/expiry/ terms.Taking follow-up for vendor’s payments with finance team.Updating Files of Delivery Challans, Invoices, Vendors Service Reports and Important DocumentsEnsuring smooth and incident free operation.
