Providing final TECHNO COMMERCIAL OFFER to the contactors/consultants regarding their enquiry on AHU ( Air handling Units ) , Air Washer ( AW) , Heat recovery wheel(HRW), Ventilation Unit ( VU) and Fan Coil Unit ( FCU ) and follow up of the enquiry .  Implementation of the design changes based on inputs from marketing. Improvement in AHU’s performance after incorporating new designs. To prepare quotation and offer as per technical specifications for clients like DAIKIN, HITACHI, BLUESTAR, VOLTAS, STERLING & WILSON etc. To be responsible for designing, sales & marketing of all products of the company and in achieving sales & marketing. Identify the need and arrange product presentations with help from Marketing, technical discussions and maintain good customer contacts. Identify need for product approvals / certification / registration & facilitate smooth process of approval. Organize enquiry generation, framing of specifications, offer submission, attending tender openings, preparation of comparative statements, analyze competitor's offers, discussions on offer, negotiations and conversion of offers to orders. Negotiate, follow-up with customers and coordinate with service setup to build the customers satisfaction in assigned area.
