At Kreatryx my major task is to talk with students and their parents over phone and also to meet with them if they come to center and enroll them into various courses available with us.Apart from this I handle sales related queries over email, manage Customer lead in CRM and using it in optimum way to increase the sales, some time replying to inbound queries over inbound calls and replying queries over chat. I send weekly sales report to the management team and brief them the performance.
