• Networking with Senior Railway officers DRM, Sr. DCM, Sr. DOM, Sr. commandant RPF, S.P GRP etc.• Contact with new children and motivate them to come at the shelter home of Ehsaas, and monitoring of out reach workers at the station.• To ensure the child rights and Implementation of Juvenile justice act by the GRP and RPF Regular contact with individual stakeholders to make them aware about child rights like T.T, T.C, Porter, vendor, GRP and RPF sub inspectors.• Organize the monthly group meeting with stakeholder of charbagh station. • Drafting Monthly reports.• Ensure the proper documentation of work by the team.• Organize the home placement camps for children in government children home Lucknow• Organize vocational training for working children for income generation at shelter and government children home.• Networking with vocational training institutes for vocational training and job placement of trained children in different proffessions.
