Onboarded healthy client pool with sustainable revenues. Co created the unique Child immunization platform for kids vaccination. Worked on investors connect for fund raise.

Responsible for integrating with support functions viz Project management, Field operations, Finance, and Data Processing. Identifying business opportunities in core areas and designing effective proposals for bidding. Coordination with teams at field location and making regular field visits to monitor project progress. Monitoring of project against indicators of productivity, quality standards & timely duration.

Responsible for project, designing and formulating tools, Coordination with finance team, field operations team for proper implementation of the study. Conducting field visits for data quality monitoring and acquiring first hand information. Conducting focused group discussions and in-depth interviews with target respondents. Regular interaction with clients and providing them updates on project. Core responsibility of designing and implementing the project. Analysis and report writing.
