- Conducted As Is diagnosis of the prevalent Induction Program at ABFL.- Identified Pool of people who have joined in last 1 year, created cohorts of JB- 9 and below across all the departments in North, East, West and South zones throughout the country.- Created a qualitative questionnaire and surveyed 500+ employees to assess the need, impact and gaps in the induction program.- Conducted FGDs and branch visit to gather information and suggestions related to Induction from senior managers.- Identified the top job functions, their roles and inter-departmental fungibility from Induction point of view.- Formulated and proposed the revamped structure, content, rhythm and metrics for Induction program.
