Managed vendor relations and a cost base of circa EU 75 million for a UK leading asset management firm. Analyze and gather requirements from European Regulations and assist the firm in Regulatory Reporting and assist in preparation of daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting but not limited to European Regulators. Ability to read, understand and stay updated of MiFID regulations. Liaise and Maintain consistent communication with the financial Regulators such as FCA, BaFIN, CONSOB, FMA, FSMA, DAB, OEKB, ECB, ESMA, HKMA, CSSF, MAS, CNMV (MiFID) and ensure the regulatory fees are settled before the turn around time, Stay informed of the regulatory changes and work with the management to develop processes for implementation of new reporting requirements. Maintain detailed procedures and documentation for the processes, perform vendor risk assessment, and categorize them based on their exposure into Low, Medium and High Risk, Review contracts and stay updated of renewals, monitor the AUMs of the ETF service providers. Engage with the Tax and Auditing service providers such as EY, PWC, KPMG and Deloitte in drafting and preparation of engagements.
