Working on "Dance with Madhuri", an online dance academy which was initiated as a passion project of Madhuri Dixit Nene to take dance to every household. We started with dancewithmadhuri.com and apps. Also available on all leading DTH platforms. I joined the start-up team as a Senior Editor and moved up to heading the Post Production team learning and evolving as the job required.Content Creation/Production:- Effective planning and budgeting for all video content shoots.- Director for all Dance with Madhuri shoots.- Conceptualization of all Dance with Madhuri content and promotional material.- Conceptualization of content based on Dance and Fitness for Dance with Madhuri and various media like OTT, DTH, Airlines and other digital media. Post Production:- Managing and overlooking the daily operations of the in-house post-production team.- Creating workflows for all streams of post-production.- Detailed review of all the AV and other promotional assets going live.Partner & Vendor Management:- Managing and coordinating with dubbing agencies to get all the AVs dubbed into multiple languages.QC of dubbing.- Coordinating with all the DTH partners to efficiently deliver all the AV assets, metadata and required artwork.- Coordinating with DTH partners for content planning and creation of monthly release schedules.- Preparing promotional plans and briefs for all DTH partners.- Overseeing the FPC creation for all DTH channels.- Working with the external technology team to keep up the optimal functionality of the website and apps.Digital Marketing:- Working with the social media team to create campaigns that would effectively increase the reach of Dance with Madhuri through constant Facebook, Instagram and Twitter posts and ads.- Working to increase brand awareness to in turn increase the subscription base.- Coordinating with the graphic department to create the assets.

Launched as India's 1st travel and lifestyle HD channel. Was part of the startup team. - Responsible for detailed reviewing of all the TV shows.- Coordinating with dubbing artists, recordists and writers for the completion of dubbing.- Review dubbing and coordinate with sound mixers and dubbing artists to produce quality multi-lingual TV shows.- Oversee the mastering of the content to ensure zero errors.- Creation of all promotional material for all the TV shows.

- Editing and packaging of corporate AVs, interviews and promotional videos.- Assisting the crew on shoots to help ease the process in terms of post-production.- Personally interacting with the clients to achieve the optimal quality.
