• Handling end-to-end recruitment. • Responsible for the entire gamut of Tech-hiring at Silvermine.• Sourcing profiles through LinkedIn, Hirect, Instahyre, Github, Naukri, Stack overflow & social media.• Responsible for Stake Holder Management with MIS reporting, Intake calls with hiring manager.• Handling Process Management for maintaining less TAT. • Involved in Identifying panels and training them & Generating employee referrals.• Effective Vendor management to meet the hiring needs.

• Handling entire recruitment life cycle which includes sourcing and screening, interviewing, negotiating and closing requirements.• Stake Holder Management and handling kick-off meetings.• Checking the interest level of the screened candidates for availability, salary expectation, relocation needs, technical skills and core competencies for various open and time constrained positions.• Analyzing requirements and sourcing profiles through internal database, Job portals.
