I have experience in python programming, and it is my language of choice when it comes to programming. I am very interested in AI and during the final semester of my undergraduate studies took a course to understand it further. This has helped me gain knowledge about CNNs, supervised and unsupervised learning. I am particularly interested in generative adversarial networks as they have a high potential to be useful in medical diagnosis and treatments, which was not possible before.I also gained knowledge in computer security in the past semester. It is also a fascinating field of study as it has become such an important aspect of our lives. This will continue to be the case as we advance the technology further. I have also studied computer architecture to understand the hardware that drives humankind forward better. During this course, my teammates and I were able to design a multicore processor with 5 stage pipelines and caches. Furthermore, I have 2 years of experience in C programming through the various courses that I have taken at Purdue University. I learned advanced C programming as well as gained knowledge of data structures and algorithms in C. I understood embedded systems by using STM32 microprocessor through various labs during my undergraduate studies. I have always had a passion for badminton and was an active member of the Purdue Badminton Club. Here, I was able to get the opportunity to get a leadership role as the fundraising officer of the club. I was always meticulous with my work and was before time on practice days as well as behind the scenes to help with the efficient running of the club. I actively participated and played a crucial role in hosting the Purdue Badminton Open 2018 and 2019. I learned a lot about leadership and taking initiative in a work-related setting in this role. I was able to gain these essential skills here. Personally, the last year was not a good one for me which did lead to me having difficulties with academics and even feel depressed. But that is in the past and that experience has made me stronger than before. I was able to learn a great deal about my own self and was able to introspect to improve myself.I am now a graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Purdue University, where I have gained the above-mentioned skills and practice that will enable me to have a strong foundation to build upon and be a useful contributor to society and industry.
