Work Descriptions· Provide service quotation, maintain, update service records and other assigned tasks· Provide on-site product installation and on-site service repair· Provide equipment inspection, maintenance and repair service· Handle customer enquiries and complaint· Support emergency call service and via what’s app· Install update software program. · Improving and upgrade machine design project · Handling beckhoff and Omron PLC system. · Develop and maintain a well-documented system of service record· Maintain database for analysis of performance for various processes· Assist in the continuous improvement process and updating workflow for efficiency· Communicate with local authority, users and suppliers· Commissioning machines local and oversea task such as in Mexico, India, Thailand and Indonesia.Type of machines:● Outer pouch glove packing (Platen seal machine) -OPS350-DL -OPS 752-OPS 753 –DL● Inner wallet glove packing machine (Folding Machine Servo) -FMS 2020, -FMS 2021, -FMS2022, -FMS 2030

● Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration on a timely basis. ● Troubleshooting machines to ensure smooth flow of production and reduce the tool downtime.● Ensure optimal yield and output by performing equipment maintenance, coordinating and performing corrective and preventive maintenance, as well as getting certified on production processes.● Review, maintain and respond to Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts.● Train other Technician Specialists and Technicians, generate and update work instructions.● Assist in implementing equipment improvement project.● Participate in Emergency Response Team activities. Type of machines:● ROLL PROCT (protective coating) AUTO LINE WITH OVEN CURE – a screen printing process done on the sunny side of the wafer to protect the SiN ARC from being etched in the CTOXE process.● Edge Coat (ABB ROBOT) AUTO LINE WITH OVEN CURE – where the edge side of the wafer is inked to protect from being plated and have a metal ring.
