>Responsible for: -Managing and driving registrations for all Procam promoted running events i.e. Tata Mumbai Marathon (IAAF GOLD); Airtel Delhi Half Marathon (IAAF GOLD); TCS World 10K Bengaluru (IAAF GOLD) & Tata Steel Kolkata 25K (IAAF BRONZE).- Bringing innovations in registrations and consumer engagement, - Introduction and management of loyalty programs, to engage, retain and delight our consumers,- Managing day to day consumer touch points such as call center, email operations, data processing & communication and on ground activation,- Expo management of our running events with respect to running bib distribution.- Race day command center, handling consumers queries and medical emergencies.- Delivery of seamless timing on race day for all our timed categories.- Data Management.- Training & development- Execution of race day activity such as medal distribution.- Planning and execution of Timing vertical of our events, processing of timing results and declaring final results post necessary verification.- Sharing data based insights that help various aspects of race day operations and execution, marketing and promotions and other verticals of our events.
