o Delivery Management:Ensure quality delivery of all Oracle ERP ,OBIEE Projects in the Americas region.Ensuring standardized delivery across all Oracle ERP Projects globally as part of Oracle ERP Center of Excellence. Mentoring Project Managers in following CSC’s GPMF (Global Project management Framework) in their Projects. o Pre-Sales: Assist in Solutioning for various Oracle ERP proposals. Closely work with Oracle and travel internationally as well for Client demos.o People Management: Motivating, mentoring and guiding team based on company’s vision and mission. Monitor and manage team performance and provide recommendations for Accolades Programs, performance report and promotions to HR Manager . Approve the resources Leave Requests ensuring timely delivery. Identify and recommend training needs for the resources ie. Cross skill & Upsill of resources inline with organization’s goals.o Business Operations : Perform lot of Strategic analysis and mainly responsible for controlling revenue leakage, providing administrative support in selection, recruitment and training of Oracle center of Excellence Campus joiners. Timesheet Compliance ,Planning and execution of Cost Take out activities like $P$E, Demand Orchestration, Periodic health check of Operational metrics like the Span of Control, Resource Utilization, Bench Analysis, Budget approvals for Cross Skill & Up skill needs ,Creating dashboards for management reporting, Facilitate client visits, ‘Go-To-Market’ Strategy Analysis for Oracle ERP Industry ,assist in the creation of the KRA’s for all resources in the Oracle CoE based on the balanced score card approach as part of the KRA task force team

Role - My role is to ensure that client needs are satisfied through the formulation, development, implementation and delivery of application solutions in response to client requirements expressed in approved enhancements and also ensure smooth operations of their Oracle EBS R12 Implementation. Responsibilities • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.• Ensure that project meets it’s deliverables in agreed schedule, as per the scope, within stipulated budget and as per the quality standards.• Ensure project or service scope and deliverables are defined and agreed with all relevant parties.• Ensure all project commitments are met, and monitors and reports on progress to Senior Project Manager, sponsor, and customer, as well as the PMO in accordance with the reporting standards, ensuring the project remains within scope.• Diagnoses and evaluation of potential risks and issues throughout the project. Report regularly to the PMO and Senior Project Manager with regard to risks, and executes appropriate plans to contain them.• Act as escalation point for problems and complaints, and manage compliance, contingency, and risk situations within own area of control.• Monitor and manage resources (staff, suppliers, and hardware & software) in a cost effective manner, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and action cost reduction initiatives.
