My role and responsibilities included promoting Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) in the Kosagumuda block since 2016 and supporting local youth and women in sustainable agriculture and livestock development through village-level institutions like SHGs (Self-Help Groups), CLFs (Cluster Level Federations), FPOs, and UVSs (Village Level Organizations).My core interest lies in livestock promotion, management, and marketing through village-level livestock entrepreneurs. I currently oversee the capacity building of a peer group of 5 individuals and 39 community cadres. My key responsibilities include monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to the head office, assisting supervisors in preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), ensuring convergence with government departments at the block and district levels, and promoting second-line leadership within the organization.
