Execute the complete ECO process from Concept development to Production release by performing FMEA, DFMEA, Pugh Matrix, Concept review, Design review.Procure the Prototypes by actively interacting with the vendors.Document the Purchased parts, Separable assemblies, specification controlled Items and Altered Items in Pro-Engineer Wildfire-4.Creation of System Level Schematic, Cable Assembly, Flat harness and Nail-board drawing on Pro- Diagram, Pro-cabling and Manufacturing Harness using Wildfire-4.Perform Tolerance stack-up Analysis in sheet metal Chassis Assembly.Utilize Intralink for PDM to promote the drawings to Production and Agile for PLM to comply with the ECO process and maintain the data.Responsible for Training new joiners on Pro-cabling & Nail board Drawing.Responsible for leading CIP team and adhere to QMS Activities.Having been on Onsite for 9 months, held responsible for Onsite-Offshore Co-ordination and Project execution including work allocation to offshore engineers, Weekly update to Onsite Managers for respective Teams.

Data conversion from Pro-e to Solid works and reverse engineering of water technology related components like tanks, filters, cleaners and pumps. Assembly as well as detailing with multi configurations of top level design.Use CMM to capture cloud data for complex surfaces for Reverse Engineering.Data Validation at client’s end for 3 months with sustaining engineers at manufacturing plant, USA.Track all the project related activities like time estimation, part to product matrix, time sheet, communication with client.Responsible for doing the Quality Check on drawings and taking corrective action in order to minimize defects.

Development of Hatch Covers for Ship and Plywood Manufacturing machines.Make parametric models/assemblies using Pro-Engineer 2001, Wildfire.Detailing the parametric multi-sheets for all configurations derives from master model. Estimate the total efforts required and plan to accomplish the Project.
