Current• Design, develop, and deliver training and learning solutions, to support aircraft technical and non- technical training requirements, in accordance with the relevant aviation regulations and company procedures. • Maintain learning products to the highest possible standard, considering all possible approaches to delivery, in order to provide colleagues with the knowledge and skills necessary for safe and professional operation of BA and other operator’s… Show more • Design, develop, and deliver training and learning solutions, to support aircraft technical and non- technical training requirements, in accordance with the relevant aviation regulations and company procedures. • Maintain learning products to the highest possible standard, considering all possible approaches to delivery, in order to provide colleagues with the knowledge and skills necessary for safe and professional operation of BA and other operator’s aircraft.• Provide subject matter expertise and input into the development of learning content and other activities across the GLA.• Manage the learning environment and delegates on the day, including performance and attendance management.• Carry out the examination and assessment of delegates as required to the set standards, and ensure all learning is accurately recorded and regulatory requirements are met.• Meet the required standard of observations and act on feedback.• Maintain required qualifications, recency and continued professional development (CPD). • Work with GLA colleagues and suppliers to review training and learning interventions, to ensure relevance and compliance, and make them as effective as possible using innovative methods and approaches.• Work closely with the Learning & Development Managers and other GLA colleagues to ensure that capacity and resources are understood, so that they can be aligned as effectively as possible to business area demands. • Ensure all training and learning interventions are global in nature and support the operation worldwide as required.
