Current Implement all termination affairs/exit interview report timely with Sales Group. Monitor performance management system on probation/annual assessment process, such as process track with improving plan and regular meeting with regional sales team to enhance information exchange. Esp. at staffing issue to be resolved effectively. Training needs analysis & session management, plus new hire orientation preparing. Support to assess the needs for changes in terms and conditions of employment and assist in the preparation of proposals for changes and internal audit for procedure optimization. Payroll management with C&B program support to implementation. Support HRSS on Offer Letter releasing, on-board documents preparation and on-board notice posting.
