• Determine for executing the full lifecycle recruiting processes from initial sourcing to hire. • Responsible for all aspects of recruitment, placement and retention of IT professionals on contract and client maintenance. • Finding out the best candidate from the pool of candidate applied for the job, vendors and head hunting procedure• Leveraging online recruiting resources and own network to identify and recruit the very best candidates• Understanding and recruiting passive candidates and possess the mentality to "profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation" rather than sell a role• Sourcing resumes from different Job Portal sites like Dice, US Monster, Corp to Corp• Building and conducting in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios• All forms of recruitment were utilized including, direct sourcing, networking, direct mailing, cold calling, employee referrals, resume database, qualifying and formatting submit to Account Manager or the client's.• Broadcasted requirements in various channel all aspects of the contracts, including, recruitment, business development, and placement for IT professionals on contract positions and managed client maintenance.• Successfully negotiated salaries and pay rate to drag the margin levels in company's favour and familiar will all the Tax terms (Corp to Corp, 1099 & W2 Hourly).• Maintain updated candidate profile information in our internal candidate database
