• Responsible for enhancement of quality of Service, meet Customer and Dealers as per norms, Improve customer reach by service network expansion, work flow and performance by implementation of system and Policy, matrix to track performance of ASCs, Streamline call centre activities etc.• To generate revenue through sales of spares as per budget, Ensure clearance of defective stock both at service center and transit point monthly basis( >30 Nil defective ) , ensure warehouse hygiene, to reconcile dealer and ASC account. To conduct soft skill, call centre module training to ASC & Dealer mechanics, Controlling of ASC through internal audit, Review of ASC performance and spares inventory, New ASC appointment, To maintain ASC outstanding (Debtor) NIL > 30 days. ASC visit and audit twice in a year, Outbound calling to inspect the fake complaint registration by calling customers in CIC 10% of total complaint received. Bill passing of ASCs monthly basis Preparation of Monthly report (MIS on service parameters), Punching of sale orders, spare stock management, Agewise analysis of pending SRF(service Record Form) at Service centre to achieve NIL pending of SRF > 12 days, Making Indent for spares, • Ensure effective feedback on quality improvement and reporting, Implement ISO procedure at branch & ASC locations, Co-ordination with division and branches.• Promote Sales of product through service channel(STS)
