• Understand and articulate client’s requirements, culture and other compatibility issues that are critical to making a successful hire. • Sourcing consultants through existing databases and contacts, employers/consultants referrals and cold calling through direct and indirect recruiting. • Screening, interviewing, and testing applicants on their skills. • Maintaining full control of the interview process from consultants qualification to placement/hire.• Checking references and extending offers of employment to qualified consultants.• Maintaining consultants pipeline and tracking tools to ensure recruiting projections are met. • Partner with hiring managers to average at least 8/10 submittals a week; strive to extend offers to at least 50% of consultants interviewed; strive to close at least 80% of offers extended.• Proficient working on job portals of Dice, Monster, Computer-Jobs and Net-Temps.• Excellent working experience in IT, administration, Accounting / Financial, Mechanical positions etc.• Responsible for full life cycle recruiting which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, recruiting, negotiating and closing consultants for contract, contract to hire and fulltime positions for the IT field. • Identifying, interviewing, evaluating, and recommending or rejecting consultants in response to hiring requirements.
