Human Resource Manager: In my role as a Human Resource Manager, I oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the turtle farm, annually from late spring through the end of summer. My responsibilities encompass a wide range of critical functions, including:● Talent Acquisition and Management: I am responsible for leading the hiring process, which involves interviewing prospective staff, conducting recruitment campaigns, and identifying the best-fit candidates for various positions within the organization.● Compensation and Benefits Administration: I administer comprehensive compensation packages, ensure the accurate and timely disbursement of pay, and oversee benefits programs, including leave management, to ensure the welfare and satisfaction of our workforce.● Policy and Compliance: I uphold and enforce company policies, as well as industry best practices, to create a structured and compliant work environment that meets all relevant regulations.● Strategic Consultation: I engage in strategic consultations with the business owner, contributing to the long-term planning and development of the farm.
