My name is Preston Walker. I grew up in a small town in eastern Washington. Even from a young age, I was fascinated with technology. I wanted to know how everything works. Computers especially were a mystery to me; they seemed to be magical devices that make the world work. In my high school and now college years, I have been able to study these very topics, and my appreciation for the contributions of so many individuals in the world of computing continues to grow. I've gained a lot of answers, and with every new discovery, more questions arise. I don't aspire to understand everything, but I hope, that with the knowledge I'm gaining, I will be able to make a real contribution to the world of computing.
