Overall 10 years of Experience in Press Stamping, Clutch Assy, Machining and Brake parts and have gained knowledge/Experience of Press – Production, Quality Assurance, Tool Maint. of Press tools and machines, Poka-yoke, 7 QC Tools, Supplier Audits, 8D, CAPA, Press Process / Parts defect troubleshooting etc. Around 5.5 Years’ experience in Quality of Press parts, Clutch Assy, Brake Assy and press tooling. Around 4.5 Years’ Experience as Engineer in Production Engineer in Press Stamping - Sheet metal department for Stamping of parts. Project In-charge for sheet metal Production & Quality for all MSIL & Honda supplying child parts through MSSL. Good knowledge on Problem solving tool 5Why, CAPA Knowledge of diff. types of Dies, designing & troubleshooting for Press stamping machine & dies Knowledge part inspection, approval, Handling of new SPM machine (100% Checker) and tool Change-over process Knowledge of Empro software & MS office for daily reports. Continuous improvement in tool & dies and Completion of many VAVE ideas & project for company.
