HR Sr Manager - Business Partner - Market Access, Strategy & Business Operations and Regulatory Affairs - Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medice

HR Business partner in charge of the Corporate Function structures cross sector of Johnson & Johnson Brazil.

• Led the recruitment team (7 direct reports) for Consumer Goods business and Corporate Function;• Participated on the Global Employer Brand project, focused on defining the strategy for the internal launched, developed the training for the New Brand and trained recruiters and leaders in Latam and APAC;• Acted as a career mentor to TA team members;

• Recruiting for Corporate Functions: Finance, IT, HR, Communication, Procurement, Compliance and Legal.• Structured the Corporate Functions Recruiting team and led the consolidation of the area with all stakeholders. • Coordination of all recruitment, staffing, assessment and hiring processes for corporate positions, considering internal and external talent. • Collaborate as a talent advisor with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to create the best sourcing strategies for open positions (external mapping, internal succession planning, etc).• Development and execution of change management strategy for the New Global Recruitment Model implementation.• Deployment of the new Global Recruiting Model; Taleo as talent acquisiton tool, policies, training, KPI´S. • Development and execution strategic projects • Management of different recruitment sources (electronic, universities, exchange meetings, referral program)
