As a Visual Thinker since 2015, I’ve been developing visuals to different contexts and applications, since visual stories to complex visual maps and visual war rooms, for example. Working daily with Visual Thinking allowed me - and my clients - to have a high clarity level of a high range of subjects like: identify patterns, define priorities e action plans, detect hidden potentials, mapping workflows and experiences, track down interactions and relationships, produce ecosystems macro views, develop co-created narratives, facilitate communication processes and - the most important -, unify this ability with my strategic design role in order to design innovative experiences and services. Companies like Johnson & Johnson, Cargill, Votorantim Metais, Votorantim Cimentos, CBA, Melitta, Novo Nordisk, Syngenta, BRF Foods, Ingredion, Pfizer, MSD, Veracel, Vale, had already used my services into a variety of issues.

As a spin-off from Corall, a consulting company focused on cultural transformation and people development, Corall Comm was it's organizational communication specialist branch. The main ideia of this flat-hierachy company was to have creative and consulting communication services done in co-creation with clients, partners and third-part professionals using design thinking, design sprint, agile and scrum methodologies, aiming to preserve generative dialogues and act thru adaptive actions. As it’s co-founder, I had a great opportunity to imagine thru design different ways of working into a holocracy inspired structure and to work into projects involving communication management processes, experience design, chatbot interaction development, branding, visual storytelling, strategic illustrations and strategic communication planning.

Novacia is mostly focused on producing institutional and motivational campaigns. For a year and a half I was the Art Director for the Creative Team. I worked closely with the writers on internal marketing campaigns, books, magazines, folders, catalogs, e-mails marketing and hot sites. In 2009 I became solely responsible for Droga Raia (largest drugstore chain in Brazil), Avon and Cristalia laboratory accounts.

Graphic design agency specialized in point of purchase materials. Worked on creating pieces for point-of-purchase, advertising and product packaging for clients such as Bayer, Colgate-Palmolive, Pepsico and Goodyear. Responsibilities also included design management, working closely with clients to develop design briefs and coordinating efforts with Creative team. Lead the creative and design direction for RFP for Bepantol. This winning design resulted in a one-year contract between the client and the agency.

Francap offers viability studies, structuring and implementation of franchising. Managing the creation area, I developed franchise books and guides. I also worked exclusively to AmBev (ImBev today), in a project called Quiosque Chopp Brahma (Chopp Brahma Kiosk), where I created promotional materials, brochures, displays, packaging. While there I collaborated in the study of navigability and redesign of the extranet.
