Estruturamos uma matriz de objeções e um mapa de competidores, além de integrar esforços com o time de plataforma para capturar mais oportunidades e reduzir o ciclo de vendas. Implementamos incentivos e introduzimos a técnica de vendas Challenger Sales.A partir do segundo semestre, alcançamos um crescimento expressivo no volume de pagamentos processados (GPV), com um aumento de +130% YoY até outubro de 2024. Na área de sucesso do cliente, iniciamos uma reestruturação para focar na expansão dos resultados dos clientes. Ajustamos métricas, KPIs e processos, tornando o time mais estratégico e proativo. Como resultado, reduzimos o churn rate para 1% e trouxemos um incremento significativo no GPV, contribuindo para o aumento da adoção de Nuvem Pago dentro da plataforma.
