My role on Koodo Prepaid was centred on leading the portfolio's acquisition strategy. I drove the business forward by:1) Owning pricing and promotions: Designed pricing strategies and acquisition offers to promote subscriber growth and grow market share in the prepaid space. I was also responsible of all acquisition go-to-market, ensuring that all programs got delivered with proper market positioning and flawless execution.2) Driving the product development of large-scope projects: Collaborated with key stakeholders (e.g. product managers, creative partners, technical groups, etc) to build out our product roadmap and deliver on high-profile initiatives from inception to launch. One of these initiatives include launching Koodo Prepaid's first-ever Refer-a-Friend Program.3) Managing & owning KPIs: Acted as the go-to expert on Koodo Prepaid's acquisition performance, sharing recommendations based on analysis of metrics & insights. I was also responsible for conducting competitive evaluation and business casing on future product, pricing, and service initiatives.4) Collaborating with marketing communications to develop impactful traditional and digital media ads, while also strategizing with agency partners to bring strong creatives and advertising messages to life.5) Owning the Prepaid Device Portfolio: Managed Koodo & Telus Prepaid's device roadmap and strategy. This included owning the go-to-market, managing device pricing and partnership opportunities.
