Project Manager for Cloud Infrastructure Builds and Migration for international customer accounts across various industries including Retail and Telecom, Banking and Finance, Industrial sustainable productivity solution providers and Manufacturing industries across ASEAN, EMEA and UKI geography in consulting, developing/migrating their infrastructure and its delivery within project timelines.Responsibilities:1. Build: Facilitating E2E Implementation and build of Infrastructure projects, including Intel, Midrange or Mainframe platforms, SAN/Storage, TSM/Veeam, Networks, Data Centre Management and Migration, Security, Desktop, etc for IBM's clients. Migration: Identify customer infrastructure dependencies and challenges. Assess and discuss options with stakeholders and finalize migration approach and plan. Landing Zone Build and connectivity, Security controls, Discovery of workloads, Migration Event plans, Mock Migrations, Runbook Finalization and cutover.2. B & M: Develop detailed implementation plans in consultation with project team.3. B & M: Deliver projects within scope, schedule and budget.4. B & M: Measure project performance using appropriate tools & techniques, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions & communicate to all stakeholders.5. B & M: Deliver quality project deliverables within time and set & manage expectations of stakeholders.6. B & M:Work with various delivery team including sub-contractors, to ensure all are engaged as a team during implementation.7. B & M: Negotiate effectively with team members to define the team's goals, work content and schedules. Manage change effectively.8. B & M: Identify, manage and control risks impacting project deliverables and document them.9. B & M: Actively work towards issue resolution and take corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurrence. Proactively implement lessons learnt on foreseeing known issues.
