  My role at Mobicip is to improve the end-to-end customer experience of Mobicip's Parental Control Software by managing the User Experience and Customer Support teams. I lead and mentor the Customer Support team that provides best-in-class support to our customers and handles over 2000 customer queries by email and phone each month. Leading the team provides a first hand knowledge on customer pain points, feature requests and causes for attrition. With that knowledge, I work closely with external UX Consultants and internal UX, Marketing and Development teams to ensure that the next version of Mobicip is intuitive, user-friendly and provides a seamless experience to our customers across all platforms. My focus is on process improvements across the post-sales customer journey from onboarding to engaging customer communications and enhancing the overall customer experience and increasing Mobicip's NPS. Right now, my work includes expanding my team anticipating future customer engagement and support needs.
