-Profound experience in working in Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) tool (by open text) which sits on top of SAP.-Hands on experience in ERP related to SAP S4 HANA in Accounts Payable domain.-End to end knowledge of Accounts payable domain with expertise in invoice processing.-Complete understanding of 2 way, 3way and 4way match of PO invoices.-End to end knowledge in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).-Excellence in communication and coordination with clients with respect to daily work.-Expertise in transition of process from different vendor.-Efficient in implementing Lean ideas and proposing solution for process quality control.-Hands on experience of preparing/ updating standard operating procedure (SOP) related to business process.-Preparation of various reports for dashboard representation of all locations from invoicereceived to invoice processed.-Coordinate with clients to resolve any pending items with respect to report.-Preparation of Good receipts and Quality GR report.-Preparation SOP of all activities across AP domain.-Helping vendors with their complex queries related to payment or status of invoices.-Helping the business team for UAT in VIM implementation and coordinating with IT teamabout the feedback received.-Successfully completed transition of SRB (Scrap Recycling Business) and STO (StockTransfer Order) invoices processing.-Mentoring new associates and providing training to entire team for any process updatein relation to invoice process.

Order Management Team -Processing Shopping Carts, Change Purchase Order.-Amendment in the PO (Ownership, price, quantity, payment term, delivery date, GL, Cost center change, etc.) from SRM.-Creation and modification of PO in SAP, GR post and Reversal.-PR to PO creation, release and modification (Heist).-Vendor Creation and Modification.-Communicating with business to solve their issues. -Preparing SOP of all activities in a process.-Performing audit of other team members’ work.-Involved in Standardization of process (COE project).
