The current team now stands at 30 permanent testers, 30-50 temporary testers with 5 test leads and a manager.• Project and Client Relations manager for all independent India projects, supervising after delivery and progress on projects based on market standard approaches – Agile and Waterfall.• Conceptualized the functioning and content of a proposed new service line “TestMyApps” aimed at providing testing service to both small scale and big developers for their mobile apps and games.• People management and process developments towards quality review and continuous overall improvement.• Liaison between Babel’s Montreal and Gurgaon office for all operational, IT and HR aspects. Liaison between Babel India and other support service departments of Quatrro.

• Day-to-day management of Mobile Certification programs for Vodafone Embedded and Java Verified until the final delivery to clients. The main tasks included pre-sales negotiation, providing monthly figures of turnover, processing deliverables, overseeing testing timelines and approach, supervision of quality standards.• Management of all Embedded applications up to certification for Vodafone, acting as the link between the Vodafone Global team and the different Content Partners. Working simultaneously with the Babel’s operations team, Vodafone’s project managers and the different manufacturers. The main tasks of this role included tailored quote creation to projects specifications, resource scheduling, test reports and delivery, creation and delivery of monthly spend reports.

• In addition to existing QA and Java Verified business development responsibilities, setting up Babel’s Mobile QA department within the Quatrro facility. • “Indianized” and evaluating the technical tests for hiring.• Established the newly launched Java Verified Unified Testing Criterion 3.0 including the pricing of tests. Handling clients regarding Java Verified enquiries, pre-sales and submissions as previously.• Creating month end Spend Reports for all Mobile clients.• Vendor Management for Translation and Localization projects.• Back office management for multiple processes globally throughout Babel.

Responsible for guiding testers, scheduling and organizing tests/projects, vetting reports, maintaing logs, interview &recruitment and general office administrative work.• Scheduling and distribution of tests, creating test plans, vetting and publishing bugs, updating in-house tracker tools, interacting with clients for failure notifications and feedbacks; controlling security of the facility and equipment, guiding and briefing testers on the specifics of tests, updating bug databases and keeping an eye on the general bug quality; general office administration.• QA Recruitment – Initial screening of resumes, conducting telephonic interviews, technical tests and their assessment. I have recruited 30+ testers.• Dealing with new and existing customers and their queries regarding Java Verified certification and QA, creating quotes, making payment arrangements and setting up the certification tests. Taking the JV certification process from cradle to grave.

• Extensive and detailed QA & Compliance work for AAA titles on multi platforms.• Rigorous testing of major projects of various genres (RPG, RTS, Platform, FPS, Sports etc) on multiple gaming consoles (Microsoft Xbox, Sony PS2, Nintendo Game Cube and Game Boy advance) and PC.• Functionality and firmware testing of mobile phone SKUs (Stock Keeping Units).• Compliance testing of projects as set by the mobile service providers/console manufacturers (Vodafone, Sun Microsystems (Java Verified), T-Mobile, Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo).• Have tested for QA and Certification of more than 100 mobile game titles from leading developers & publishers like Electronic Arts, THQ, Sony, Sega, Namco Mobile, Capcom, Eidos, Activison, UBIsoft, PlayerX and Player One to name a few.• Tested multiple simultaneous projects successfully meeting all timeframes.
