With 20 years’ experience in the hydrocarbons industry, Michael provides engineering consultancy services to many of the world’s leading engineering companies and operators, both locally and internationally.For the past 8 years as Managing Director of Process Consultants, Michael has gained experience in the hiring and placement of personnel on client projects; negotiated engineering contracts for services; maintained small business IT systems capable of servicing engineering teams up to 75 users, and is currently developing both organisational and project management procedures in readiness for Process Consultants’ ISO-9001 accreditation.Michael has wide ranging technical experience working within and leading multidisciplinary engineering and project management teams both as contractor and client side representative. With a core capability in process engineering, Michael has worked across all project phases from concept development through to operational readiness, commissioning and performance testing of new facilities. Project experience spans both Greenfield and Brownfield environments with a broad mix of both offshore and onshore hydrocarbon developments.Notably, Michael is a strong advocate of both office and site HSE and technical safety performance.
